The apartment is located in a quiet and very green part of the estate, set back from the street and train tracks, so you can enjoy the silence both in the apartment and while relaxing on the terrace. Exposure of the windows to the sunny sides of the world makes the apartment bathed in sunlight, which is its additional advantage. In addition, it has a very good layout: the night area with the main bathroom is separated from the living area by a hall.
