It is worth noting that right next to it is one of the largest parks in Warsaw - Skaryszewski, where apart from jogging paths and a large roller-blading ring, there are also ponds that anglers regularly use. The National Stadium is also located nearby, along with a large communication junction at the Washington Roundabout, from which we can reach the center in a few minutes, or the Wiatraczna roundabout.

Returnable deposit in the amount of 2-month rent.
The rent does not include all variable utilities, depending on consumption, but approx. PLN 1,000 per month.
