Remarks concerning the review of the young adult Ukrainian man Oleh Dikhtiarenko. Preliminary remark; of course we understand that in a free country one take very little of risk to cast shame on people. And therefore it is easy to do it. First remark, the flat and the property-owners were not so bad if this young Ukrainian couple stayed almost two years in this place without complaining. Second remark, concerning “bedbugs began to crawl”, since we did not see evidence of such insects during a visit of the flat (date 01 /07/2024) in presence of Anastasiia and Oleh Dikhtiarenko, Pierre Meyrand (PM) and Katarzyna Friedel-Udarov, the property-owners have asked a private independent company specialized in the pets control (Dez_Der) to perform an inspection of the flat. This inspection has been done the 09/ 07/2024. The conclusion was no such insect in this flat. Third remark; in his comments the young adult Ukrainian man Oleh Dikhtiarenko accused “the employee of the agency defended the interests of the owners, because they are her clients. was not on the side of truth and justice”. This last point is for us the most coward and disgusting remark. Why? Because when Anastassia and Oleh Dikhtiarenko started to complain about “bedbugs began to crawl”, it was a lot of discrepancies in their reasoning and description of the facts that trigger some doubts for me (PM). For this reasons we did the visit of the flat. Since at this time neither Anastasiia nor Oleh Dikhtiarenko were able to show us any traces of such insects, therefore I was very upset and it is only due to the presence of Katarzyna with her professional attitude, her calm, her objective analysis and her human sense that I did not blew up in front of this young couple who was trying to find an excuse to terminate the rental contract 5 months before the expired date. I want to thanks Katarzyna for Her presence at this time which was very positive and constructive for all of us.
